Do
you know someone who is unable to read a morning newspaper or favorite magazine?
Project 23 a Success!
Recently we solicited the community
to make a financial gift to VRRS for the purchase of radios to provide to people
who are blind and print-impaired. We are extremely pleased to report the extraordinary
success of the project. Thank you to the community for a fabulous response. Please
see the article from The Republican.
It is with great pride and pleasure that I welcome you to the
website of the Valley Radio Reading Service. We are a nonprofit broadcast service,
dedicated to having a positive impact on the quality of life of our many neighbors
and friends who are print-impaired. We read newspapers, magazines, and much more
for broadcast over a special radio frequency. To hear a sample of what we do,
click here. You can also view our latest
brochure.
If you would like to donate to our service, please
click below. All payments are secure and are handled through PayPal.
We also be very grateful if you could supply something from our wishlist.
